## 2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age required by law where you live and be legally permitted to use the Service. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and not impersonate others or use Vesper for fraud or unlawful activity.

## 3. Our services
Vesper provides trip planning, itinerary organization, collaboration, messaging, and content sharing features. Features may evolve as we improve the app.

## 4. User content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Vesper a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and sharing features based on your visibility settings.

You may not use Vesper to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Post or share content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Disclose private or personal information without authorization
- Distribute malware or send spam
- Manipulate engagement or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems

## 6. Sharing and visibility controls
Content visibility follows your selections, such as private, followers-only, friends-only, or public settings. You are responsible for what you choose to share and with whom you share it.

## 7. Third-party platform compliance
When you import, link, or share content from third-party services (including Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, and X), you must comply with those services' terms, policies, and permissions. You represent that you have rights to use that content in Vesper. We may limit or disable related features if required by law, platform policy, safety, or abuse-prevention needs.

## 8. Subscriptions and billing
Vesper may offer paid subscriptions (such as Vesper Pro or Vesper Elite). Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the applicable store and your account settings with that store. Vesper does not control store billing policies.

## 9. Intellectual property
Vesper and its branding, software, and related materials are owned by Vesper or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant ownership rights in Vesper intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse Vesper or third-party trademarks and content except as permitted by law.

## 10. Suspension and termination
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend social import functionality, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, safety risks, or platform policy obligations. You may stop using Vesper at any time.

Vesper is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or accuracy of imported third-party metadata, parsed suggestions, map data, or external content availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Vesper and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms as Vesper evolves, legal requirements change, or third-party platform requirements change. We will update the effective date on this page and may provide in-app notice for material updates. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
